Mid-century modern homes are one of those housing styles that buyers tend to recognize immediately.
Low rooflines. Large windows. Vaulted ceilings. Open living spaces. Wood paneling. Stone fireplaces. Strong indoor-outdoor connections. Sometimes a flat roof, sometimes a low-slung ranch profile, and often a floor plan that feels remarkably contemporary even though the house may be 60 or 70 years old.
