Meet the Seebinger Group

With nearly 20 years of experience, the Seebinger Group at DRG is a full-service real estate brokerage and property management firm based in Minneapolis. Our journey began in downtown Minneapolis, where we specialized in working with condo developers. Over the years, we have expanded our focus to include the sale of single-family homes, townhomes and condos across Minneapolis, its surrounding suburbs and communities throughout the greater Twin Cities.
Although much of our work is concentrated in Minneapolis and the western suburbs, we also represent buyers and sellers in eastern Twin Cities communities, northern suburbs and other areas throughout the metro. If a property is outside our most frequently featured neighborhoods, that does not mean we cannot help. We regularly work with clients whose real estate plans take them beyond our primary service areas and can help coordinate the local knowledge, property research and transaction support needed for a successful purchase or sale.
Whether you’re an empty nester, a first-time buyer or a “move-up” buyer looking to leverage the equity in your current home for a larger property, we have the experience to guide you through every step of the process.
We understand that navigating condo associations, brokering the sale of century-old homes and negotiating in a competitive market can be daunting. That’s why we’re here to simplify the experience and help create a smooth, well-managed transaction for our clients.
Our work includes downtown Minneapolis condos and lofts, older homes throughout South and Southwest Minneapolis, single-family homes and townhomes in the western suburbs, and properties throughout the eastern, northern and greater Twin Cities markets. We understand that each property type and community requires a different approach, from reviewing condo association documents to evaluating older-home systems, comparing suburban properties and developing an effective offer or pricing strategy.
Consistently ranked within the top 1% of realtors in the country, we pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service tailored to each client’s needs. Whether you’re seeking urban or suburban real estate, buying or selling in Minneapolis, the western suburbs, an eastern community, a northern suburb or another part of the Twin Cities, the Seebinger Group is dedicated to helping you achieve your real estate goals with professionalism, experience and care.

How Our Real Estate Team Works
Our team structure is designed to make sure the different parts of a real estate transaction receive the attention they need.
Buyers and sellers have a primary real estate professional guiding the strategy, property evaluation and negotiation, while additional team support helps manage the many details involved in listings, showings, marketing, documents, deadlines and communication.
For sellers, that can include preparing the property for market, coordinating photography and staging, launching marketing, scheduling showings, reviewing feedback and managing transaction deadlines.
For buyers, it can include property searches, scheduling showings, offer preparation, inspections, due diligence and keeping the transaction moving from accepted offer through closing.
When a client is buying or selling outside our most frequently featured neighborhoods, we take the same careful approach. We research the local market, evaluate comparable properties, identify community-specific considerations and help coordinate the transaction from start to finish.
Different Properties and Communities Require Different Experience
Our work spans several distinct parts of the Twin Cities real estate market.
That includes downtown Minneapolis condos and lofts, older homes throughout Southwest Minneapolis and South Minneapolis, single-family homes and townhomes throughout the western suburbs, and properties in eastern and northern Twin Cities communities.
Those properties do not all require the same approach. Condo association due diligence is different from evaluating an older Minneapolis home, and both are different from comparing newer suburban construction, waterfront property or homes in communities farther east or north of Minneapolis.
Having experience across different property types and markets allows us to help clients ask the right questions for the property and community they’re actually considering. We can also help clients understand how location, commute patterns, school districts, municipal services, housing stock and local market conditions may affect a purchase or sale.
Our website highlights many of the Minneapolis neighborhoods and western suburbs where we work most frequently, but those pages are not a limit on where we can represent clients. If you are considering a home in an eastern community, northern suburb or another Twin Cities location, contact us to discuss your plans.
