IVY condo open house hours: 12 PM – 3 PM Saturdays and Sundays
Come on out to 201 11th St. S. in Minneapolis to view the remaining units at the IVY condo residences. With 91 total units in the building there are 13 different floor plans to choose from in the building presently. This ranges anywhere from an 850 square-foot one-bedroom on up to a 3800 square-foot penthouse. Â Prices range from $210,000 on up to close to $2 million. There are four models to look at in the building over the weekend ranging from $210,000 on up to $735,000. The IVY condo residences is attached to the Ivy Hotel and spa. When you arrive to the open house pull up to the valet letting them know you were there to meet someone from the sales team. Register at the front desk and they will alert someone from the sales staff to come down and get you. Either after or before your condo tour you should also make sure to get a tour of both the IVY Spa Club and restaurant Porter and Frye.
